Delete your GreenCube account

This page is for the GreenCube Energies app and the customer account on gcepl.in, by Greencube Energies Private Limited.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in (GreenCube Energies app › I'm a customer, or gcepl.in/account).
2. Open My account and tap Delete my account.
3. Type your password and the word DELETE. The account closes at once.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted within 30 days: your sign-in and password, name, mobile number, email, address, roof and map data, phone-app links and WhatsApp chat copies.
• Kept, because the law requires it: invoices, receipts and GST records (8 years), and the installation and warranty record of your solar system, without your contact details.
